For the past 2 years, we at Better Events alongside with High Attendance brought world-class digital solutions for Dell Technologies events. Some of these were conducted in San Francisco, Dallas and Chicago. The goal was to deliver an enhanced digital experience to the attendees. The effort was totally worth it since our products were used by thousands of guests in events that took place around the world.
We developed a series of branded mobile apps that reflected the brand identity of each event. In addition to that we crafted must-have features such as
- Powerful lead retrieval,
- Handy agenda management,
- Seamless chat interaction between attendees and speakers and many more.
On top of that, we introduced notifications within the mobile app and the digital signage boards. This made it possible to keep attendees engaged and informed about the event proceedings.
Our Digital Signage boards were set up in large screens outside the presentation rooms to deliver useful content. They served as e-kiosks and helped the attendees to keep track of the current and forthcoming sessions. At the same time, the monitors provided information the audience really cared about in the form of live announcements and notifications.
Besides digital products, we also provided on-site support to Dell events. It included setting up a help desk for the mobile application and serving the attendees with guidance and additional information about our systems.
